Become a Corporate member of ESPACOMP

Recently, there has been a remarkable growth of interest, at all levels of drug development and therapeutics, in the therapeutic and economic aspects of patient adherence to prescribed drug dosing regimens. This interest extends from academic clinical researchers to research-based pharmaceutical firms.

Improved methods of measurement and statistical analysis of dosing history data have played an important role in advancing knowledge about the prevalence of poor adherence and its various economic and therapeutic consequences for patients, physicians, pharmacists, clinical pharmacologists, drug regulators, health policy analysts, and pharmaceutical researchers, marketers, and manufacturers.

At its annual meeting in 2010, the membership of ESPACOMP approved the offering of corporate membership in ESPACOMP to corporations who are willing, through their annual membership fee of 2000 Euros, to strengthen the field of adherence research by supporting the annual meetings of ESPACOMP.

Member firms will be listed as such in the program of the current year’s meeting and on the website of ESPACOMP throughout the membership year. Because this is a new program, those who accept to become ESPACOMP corporate members will be listed in both the 2011 and 2012 meeting programs.
